But not those huge no-color beans...Butter beans!!! But not those huge no-color beans that the stores call butter beans. I LOVE the butter beans like my grandparents used to grow in their garden. The closest thing I can find to those is what the stores call "baby lima beans." And the best way to fix them is to cook them with some ham/bacon, salt, and sugar.
